Terms of use

The service

CFP Indexer is a free index of Calls for Papers. Data is provided for information only. Always confirm dates, fees and submission requirements on the organiser's official page before submitting or travelling.

Accounts

• Provide an e-mail address you control and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and API key.
• Do not share API keys publicly or use them to overload the service.
• Activation is required before publishing CFPs or creating API keys.

Published content

You keep ownership of the CFP text you submit and grant us permission to display it publicly and include it in notification e-mails. Do not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, spam, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may edit or remove entries that violate these rules.

API and automated access

The API is rate limited (60 requests per minute per IP). Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades the service. We may suspend keys that abuse the API.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or accuracy of third-party data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from missed deadlines or reliance on listed information.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: [email protected].
